Raptor Explorer

Chrome extension for Turo hosts

Find the best cars for Turo

Raptor Explorer turns any Turo search into a table of every car with its monthly revenue, booking rate, market value and ROI, so you know what a car earns before you buy one.

Chrome extensions install on a desktop browser.

The Raptor Explorer table over a Turo search: each car's type, make, model, year, a monthly revenue chart, average daily price, monthly and yearly revenue, ROI and utilization

How it works

From a Turo search to every car's numbers

No spreadsheets to build and nothing to copy by hand. Raptor works on the Turo page you already use.

Search Turo for the city you're looking at, then click the Raptor Explorer button above the results.

  3. Monthly revenue bars for several cars, with one month's amount shown on hover

    3 Read every car's numbers

Click Start Recording, then Enrich Data: Raptor reads each car's booking calendar and fills in revenue, utilization and ROI.

Features

What you see for every car

Turo's listing page shows a car's price and rating. Raptor shows what the car has actually earned.

Monthly revenue bar charts next to average daily price and revenue totals

12 months of revenue

A bar for each of the last 12 months, worked out from the car's own booking calendar. See which cars are booked all year and which only in summer.

ROI and utilization columns with green and yellow highlights, next to average market value

Booking rate and ROI

Utilization shows how often a car is booked. ROI compares a year of its revenue with what the same car costs to buy today.

An analysis in progress, with revenue charts filling in row by row

A whole market in one run

Analyze every car in a city. Raptor paces itself so Turo keeps answering, keeps going in a background tab, and picks up where it stopped.

An exported CSV open in a spreadsheet: discounts, distance limits, listing dates and Turo listing links

What does Raptor Explorer do?

It adds a table to Turo's search page. Every car in your search becomes a row with its monthly revenue, average daily price, utilization, market value and ROI, worked out from the car's own booking calendar.

Is there a free version?

No free plan, but you can try Raptor on 5 cars at a time, with every column, before you upgrade. PRO is $14 a month and analyzes every car in your searches.

What are the best cars for Turo?

There isn't one answer: it depends on your city, the season and what you pay for the car. Raptor shows what each car in a Turo search has earned, how often it's booked and its ROI, so you can sort a whole market by what actually earns there.

How much do Turo hosts make?

It varies a lot from car to car and city to city. Raptor estimates each car's monthly revenue from its own booking calendar, so you see figures for the cars near you instead of a national average.

Where do the numbers come from?

From Turo's listings, read in your browser: each car's daily availability and prices since January of last year. Market value comes from current listings of the same year, make, model and trim.

How accurate is the revenue?

It's an estimate, and the guide explains every formula. Raptor counts a day as booked when Turo shows the car unavailable all day, so days a host blocks look like bookings, and it uses the listed daily price before Turo's share (Settings can apply the host's protection plan).

Is Raptor Explorer affiliated with Turo?

No. Raptor Explorer is an independent tool made by West Wanted LLC.

How do I cancel PRO?

Click the Raptor icon in Chrome's toolbar, then Manage Subscription, and cancel in the billing portal. You keep PRO until the end of the month you paid for, and you can ask for a refund within 30 days.
